(tap at the source) Almost cloudy, deep amber colour with a cream-coloured firm and small foamy head. big and blond foamy head. Cara-malty aroma with fruity notes of red apples and citrus and flowerly hops in the background. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Juicy malty base with notes of fruit cocktail (apples, grapes, papaya) and traces of caramel; drying hops towards the moderately hop bitter finish with a rounded fruity and cara-malty tail. Tap. Surprisingly clear amber color with white head. Aroma is a touch caramel, cereals, light fruity notes. Taste is juicy malts, cereals, bubblegum. Silky mouthfeel with high but soft carbonation. A pleasant Kellerbier, but not great - a bit too mild for me.

(Bottle, 0.5 l, thanks VastActiv/TimoA, 20170707) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy and bitter. A tasty grainy pils.

5.2% in a stone krug at the brewery tap. Biscuity beer more hoppy than the vollbier. Malts are like the vollbier but it has stingy hoppy finish. Hazy amber. Good mouthfeel. Lovely.

Bottle at the brewery tap. Cloudy pale gold lasting white head. lovely lemon flavour with herb. More the same in mouth really well balanced anx frankly delicious. Really drinkable some esters. Very full very good. Some good hop on finish.
