Das Bier wird von der Aldersbacher Brauerei (dort hab ich es her) exklusiv für eine Münchner Kneipe gebraut. Klare, hell goldene Farbe, viele kleine Blubberbläschen, gute Schaumentwicklung - das sieht schon sehr gut aus. Birne, Blumen und Getreide in der Nase. Das findet man geschmacklich auch. Eine minimale Eisennote fliegt kurz vorbei. Fein hopfig. Ein anständiges Helles, mit dem man nix falsch macht.

On tap and then when the kegs ran out in bottle at Boazn, München in the company of Marty, Nick, Matt and Lisa, Friday 4th April 2025. Pours gold, good clarity, nice hell, well balanced, pleasant fruity touches and a little background hoppiness.

Bottle at the Boazn. Clear golden, white lace. dry grassy hops, light doughy malt, chewy mouthfeel, grainy dry in the back, dusty finish.

Bottle I think, at Boazn. Golden, mostly clear. Orange, damp, soapy, clove. Nice and fresh, could use more body, but it got no banana.

Tried from bottle at the Bedürfnisanstalt itself. Cloudy amber, offwhite cream. Orangepeel, melon, light dusty grain, light cherry, chewy, mellow soft, quite a fruity number, fun.

Tap at Boazn. Clear golden. Grainy, yeast, oatmeal, lime sweetness. Not bad; a bit flat and front heavy, and on the sweet side, with a shandy sticky sweet aftertaste.
