“Winkler Bräu Kupfer Bock“, Flasche (33 cl) von Mein-Biershop.de. - Kupferrotbraun, klar. - In der Nase tiefes Toastmalz und fruchtige Herbe mit zart säuerlichen Anklängen, etwas weinig. - Antrunk breit würzig toastmalzig mit dunklem Malz und Bayrisch Blockmalz. Sehr milde Hopfenherbe, Anklänge an Kirschkonfitüre, dezente Süße. Mild rezent, vollmundig aber nicht schwer, gut kaschierter Alkohol. Im Abgang milde Malzbittere, leicht nussig, sehr milde holzige Herbe. - Schön rundes, malzdominiertes aber zu schwach gehopftes Bier. Eher ein Märzen als ein vollwertiger Bock.

33cl bottle. A clear pale golden beer with huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of spicy and grassy bitter hops, pale malt, straw. Taste of intense bitter spicy hops, straw, pale malt, crisp and clean, great!

Bottle shared by dad. Clear golden color with a medium to full sized white head that lasts for quite a while. Smell and taste malts, light hay, a bit dusty malty and sweet malty. Average body, soft carbonation. Ok.

Bottle shared by dad. Clear dark golden to lightly amber color, full sized white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit dusty and hayish with a malty sweet-bitter finish. Average body and carbonation.

Bottle shared by dad. Clear dark amber color, full sized offoff-white head that lasts for a long time. Aroma is malts, toffee, caramel. Taste malts, caramel lightly, toffee lightly, some nutty flavors in the distance, but also some malt sweetness. In the finish though the sweet malty flavors are replaced by more caramel and roasted malt flavors. Overall a quite well balanced toasty malt dominant beer with a nice round mouthfeel. One of my highest rated dunkels I think.

Clear yellow. Aroma is grassy, wheat, a bit vanilla and orange zest. Taste is well balanced bittersweetness with full bodied wheat. Still a bit harsh. But enjoyable.

330ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges. Raisins, fruitcake and hints of berries in the aroma. Fruity and malty taste with raisins, blackcurrant, berries and some notes of marzipan.

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy hopspice, crackery malts, a touch dough as well. Taste is flowery, very tangy from the earthy hops, thin crackery body. Crisp mouthfeel with crisp carbonation. Solid Pils.
