Bottled. Mahogany colour, firm head. Molasses and hazelnuts up front. Medium sweet and mediu bodied with rounded mouthfeel. The concentrated roasty flavour with licorice and chocolate makes it almost porterlike.

Draught at GBBF08 as Trunk Bio Weisse. Weak banana aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small white head. Good sweetish malt flavour, some wheat. Good mouthfeel. Mild, flavourful and nice.

Draught@GBBF2008 as Trunk Weisse. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is banana, wheat, yeast and spices. Flavour is sweet citrus, wheat and mild notes of yeast. Mild acidicness too.

Forced draught at the GBBF 2008, as Trunk Weisse. ABV was 5.5%. Cloudy golden colour, big head. Typical hefeweizen with notes of cloves and banana both in the aroma and the flavour. Nice.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, bread, sugar, light yeasty, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. On tap at GBBF 08. Cloudy gold, thin white head. Lots of banana. Nice banana, lemon type weisse. Bit of bubblegum. Balanced and pleasant, but not too cereally. Very nice. Good lemon curd flavour.
