Bernsteinfarben. Recht klar für ein Getränk auf Hefeweizenbasis. Schaumentwicklung OK bis gut. Geruch - ja, äh… Colaweizen halt. Geschmacklich dominiert die Cola. Wobei man da nicht die Platzhirschen Coka-Cola und Pepsi im Hinterkopf hat. Geht eher Richtung Afri-Cola mit nem Hauch Haribo Colafläschen. Das Bier liefert aber eine schöne Malznote. Obwohl es farblich dafür eigentlich fast zu hell ist, könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass das dunkle Weizen von Nordbräu hier als Basis genommen wurde. Feine Kohlensäure - nicht zu viel. Recht süffig.

Bottle 50 cl. Pous a cloudy, opaque golde with a solid and lacing, white head. The aroma is lovely, grapefruity lemonade (from the 30% added lemon pop with artificial sweeteners). Light body, flavors are almost entirely thick baking yeast with a faint underlying sweetness from the lemonade. Absolutely no bitterness. Solid carbonation. What a strange creation! 020825

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque nutty brown with a solid,, rocky and lacing, off-white head. Distinctly yeasty aroma, even a banana hint - this really smells Weizenbier all over. Medium body, lightly sweet caramel and again those Hefeweizen notes. Subdued bitterness. Had you told me that this was a Dunkelweien I would've believed you. 300725

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear amber-brown with small off white top. Aroma of malts, light brown bread, caramel, dried fruit, light grassy-floral hop. Flavour is like the aroma but with the dial turned up. Big sweet caramel malt and fruity middle, hops give a nice contrast and bitterness to balance, quite a boozy number as well. Very good.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus, some yeast and mild bananas. Flavour is citrus, some yeast, wheat and slight spiciness.
