Bottle shared. Slight hazy deep red with light pink head. Lots of sweet red fruits, hay, horse sweat, cow dung, light herbs, soft funky grains. Lots of nice sweet fruits with decent funk that’s maybe a bit too much cow instead of horse. Just medium sweet, light sour and very light bitter. Medium bodied with very fine carbonation.

Bottle thanks to Daniel. Pours a dark ruby with off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, raspberry, cherry, funk. Thin body, acidic, funky, oak, berry, very sour, very good.

Sample courtesy of Jacob. Hazy red pour with a small pinkish white head. Sourdough crackers, cassis, blueberry, yoghurt & light Brett nose. Slightly sour, fruity & buttery taste. Dry, tart & astringent mouth. Fairly nice fruit character ruined by wheat dough & butter. A dud compared to other Bullfrogs I’ve tried. Thought I was drinking blueberry which is interesting. While the berry presence was nice it was a bit weird for blueberries. I guess it being raspberries explains that issue :).

Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Clear ruby pour with a thin off-white head. Notes of lambic funk, minerals, cherries, red grapes, light grape vinegar. Medium body, high carbonation and a tart finish.

Sampled from bottle at Maakun’s. Big thanks to Maakun. Nice red slightly hazy golden with amber. White head. Slightly sweaty/funky, very fruity, grapes, floral as well. Shits amazing. Light sweet, big minerallike. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Minerallike. Big. Love. Huge. Just great.

Bottle shared. Almost clear red with short lasting off white head. Lots of funk, hay, horse poop, grapes, red wine, grass, light herbs, cow dung, some soft grains, light milky. Medium sour and just under medium sweet with very light bitterness. Just medium bodied. Very nice.

Poured into a mug, the appearance was a dark amber close to brown sort of color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated appropriately leaving some stringy lace.
The aroma had some sweet nutty crispness sliding into some caramel/toffee malts. A touch of paper/woodiness follows in decently.
The flavor leans to the sweet side bringing in a subtle toastiness to it. A touch of earthiness follows in. Crisp sweet nutty aftertaste and a quick malty sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. ABV felt fine.
Overall, good brown ale for the most part, willing to come back to.
