Bottle from facesnorth. Bottled on 10/22/14. Thanks man! It pours a light pinkish orange color with a fizzy off white head. The aroma is nice and tart with cherries, lemon, a good amount of funk and hints of acetic acid. The flavor has tart cherries, a little orange and lemon. Great hay-like and vanilla funk. Pretty full bodied, but dry and sour. Really nice levels of complex acid in this one. Very little acetic. Mostly funk, orange, cherry and lemon. Nice.

Bottle with thanks to Vin! pours clear red, minimal head and a bit of lacing. Aroma is indeed raspberries, but that earthy stems and seeds kind of raspberry, along with some cheesy funk and hints of rather sharp acetone. Flavor is light tart, medium funk, sharp and biting. Light body, low carbonation.

Thanks to Mike! 750 ml. bottle sampled. 30 March 2016. Milk apricot with a few bubbles. Nose is huge funk upfront, there is vague USA sour glue but only a little bit, same with varnish, largely big apricot with quite a bit of funk. Taste is more mellow than the smell, big thick apricot, easy with nice with fruit, juicy, the funk is moderate & so is the sourness, fruit dominates nicely, funk in the finish, low oak, barely lactic,... Thick apricot,... Very big nice fruit, even, mellow, good stuff. Very solid & easy beer.

Thnx to Mike ! Pours unclear amber, small white head. Smell is full, fruit, bit sweet(from the fruit ) and mildly sour, Taste is sour, full, fruity, very intense. Super balanced and right up there with foune !
