Hazy orange color, big cloudy white head. Fruity, baking yeast aroma. Crisp, carbonated, orange peels, baking yeast and banana in the flavor. Very "craft beer -like" weizen. Lemony notes in the aftertaste.

500ml bottle. Vague grainy smell offset by a fruity touch. Frothy, white head over a slightly unclear, straw coloured body. Medium mouthfeel with a refreshing fruity taste mixed with hints of fresh vegetables. Relatively elegant dry bitterness at the end. Satisfying pilsener (15.07.2007).

500ml bottle picked up at Fenaknoken in Oslo. Grainy and milky aroma with a touch of butter. Slightly hazy, golden body with a fading, frothy head. Refreshing and clean tasting. Pale malt and sweet grain lead the way backed by a dash of hop bitterness with underlying hints of citric acid. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. Yeah, the beer is something else than the standard thin yellow lagers (04.04.2007).

Bottled (BB 02/2007). Dark nut brown, small creamy beige head. Malty, slightly smokey aroma. Rye bready malty flavor with some grassy hops: Good smokey malty aftertaste. Balanced "light" rauchbier where smoke holds long in the aftertaste.

Bottle overflowed on opening, but it doesn’t seem to have affected the taste too much. Huge white head, pale yellow body with ongoing carbonation. Sweetish earthy aroma with pea-like grassy hop notes and maltiness. Sweet earthy aroma with grassy pea-like hop aftertaste. Some bitterness. A very good pilsener, and highly drinkable. (0.5l bottle.)

On draught at the brewery-tap: Deep golden to light amber coloured, thin, but stable white head; honey in the nose and a tinge of hoppiness; moderate bitter-malty flavour; medium bodied; quite dry, bitter finish. A well drinkable, decent Bock.
