0,5 flaske fra Vaaland 1889, hjemme: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Behagelig aroma og delikat, lett krydret smak med florale undertoner. God maltsmak, slank og elegant. Delikat bitterhet i avslutningen.

33cl Fles van de brouwerij. 4.7% volgens het label. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Hint van boter, appels, butterscotch, mout, appels, zoet, hint van alcohol, redelijk bitter. Lichte tot medium body. I suspect an error in the label print, I almost can’t believe this is just 4.7%, although it does come across slightly lighter than the tap version I had earlier this year at the brewery.

50cl fles van de brouwerij, ter gelegenheid van hun 180-jarig bestaan. Als ik UT mag geloven hadden ze deze 5 jaar geleden ook gebrouwen. Troebel donkergouden kleur, witte kraag. Banaan, kruidnagel, koolzuur, tarwe, vrij zoet, gistig, degelijk bitter. Ging wel wat tegenstaan na een tijdje, mist wat diepgang. Lichte tot medium body.

Bottle, three months before bbd. Pours clear yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with bread crust, hay and honey, as well as floral hops with grass and herbal minerals. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with bread, hay and honey, as well as floral hops.

50cl Fles van de brouwerij. Uit Stein gedronken, leek amberkleurig, geelwitte kraag. Subtiele rook, licht moutig, grassig, flink bitter, strak, licht bloemig. Lichte body, zacht mondgevoel. Prima.

50cl Fles van de brouwerij. Helder diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Moutig, brood, hint van pap of kaf, rode appels, hint van caramel, fors maar passend bitter, zeker niet te zoet, vrij droog. Lichte body, glad mondgevoel. Prima.
