Bottle, gift from Wilde Hilde.Clear blond colour, White foam, disappears quickly. Light Sweet, a bit buttery, rather bitter finish. Quite weak and unbalanced.

Mild süß-herber Beginn. Trocken, im Mittelteil ist ein alkoholischer Ton vorhanden, leicht bitter. Hellmalzig, spät auch hopfig, womit eine gewisse Harmonie erreicht wird. Okay. 7/8/9/9/11/9

€-Fläschla (kindly donated by MoritzF!!!): Golden, clear, stable medium-sized white head, moderate sweet grainy to malty nose with a mild barnyardy touch, very shy bitterness underneath; mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, oily MF; slightly lingering fruity-grainy finish with a soft, but pretty distinctive balancing bitterness in the aftertaste. From tap at the brewhouse 06.08.21. Clear mahogany colour. Off-white head and lacing. Excellent aroma and taste refreshing hops and caramel malt. The aftertaste asks for one more sip.

From tap at the brewpub 06.01.21. Copper amber colour. Fine off-white head and lacing. Well-balanced aroma and taste of smoked sausages, medium roasted malt and noble hops. Hop bitterness is lingering on. Good!
