Brauerei Kraus Impfstöffla, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Dunkles Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase feine zitronig-herbale Hopfung über mildem Süßsauer. - Antrunk satt hellmalzig-süß mit zarten karamelligen Noten und - für ein Helles - recht intensiver aber nicht zu herber zitroniger Hopfung. Schöne, runde Malzsüße, ein Hauch von Honig. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang nicht zu knappe herbale Hopfenherbe. - Sauberes, solide gehopftes Helles mit Tiefgang. Gold with a thin, frothy head. Aroma is grassy with undertones of butter and old shoe. Taste has a moderate, grainy bitterness setting the tone. Grains and yeasty white bread at the finish, the latter becoming increasingly pronounced and even buttery. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, a bit rough around the edges. Okay.

Bottle from the Elsfleth HolAb. Pale gold with a haze and a fleeting, frothy head. Grassy aroma. Faint hints of lemon. Taste is mildly bitter with a citric undertone. A dash of honey sweetness fails to linger. Medium bodied, mild carbonation. Modest and mild, but not bad.

0,5 l bottle from Bierzwerg, Greven. Clear dark golden in the glass, white one finger head. Caramel smell. Taste has also caramel, grassy, some bitterness in the second row, hints of diacetyl. Very low carbonated. Wrong bottle? BB 010421.

0,56 l bottle from our local Hol´Ab! market. Cloudy golden as expected, one finger foamy head. Malty smell with sweet caramel. Taste starts grassy, malty and caramel, dry bitterness in the background. Low carbonated. Could have been more punch.

0,5 l bottle from Bierzwerg, Greven. Golden in the glass, not as hazy as expected. Two finger very foamy white head. Banana clove wheat yeast smell. Taste starts dry fruity, orange, some banana, wheat and yeast in the second row. Getting a little bit thinner to the end but still okay..

6-4-6-3-12 Bottle, eight months before bbd. Pours clear golden yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is yeasty esters with notes of wood and wet hay, malts with biscuits, honey and some grassy notes, as well as floral hops. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is malts with syrupy bread, toffee and minerals, as well as floral hops with grass and earthy herbal notes. Some more bitterness would have been nice.

Light malty caramel taste, with a good sweetness. Some floral hints. Very little bitterness. Finishes a light bitter, with a short, sweet aftertaste.

Bottle from Erzengel - Cheers! 🍺 Foamy off white head left a spotty cover on a reddish brown still body. Pig aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & cloying. Pig, smoked, bacon & malt tastes. This really is a style I can't drink so unfair to rate so I'll go average.
