Bottle from a supermarket in Benasque. Poured from a height. Hazy orange color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is a bit wild, apples, mealy, earthy. Taste is mealy apples, mineralic, a bit tannic, bone dry finish. A hint of carbonation. Unpretentious, down-to-earth, and absolutely drinkable, though not really complex.

Tap @ Grünerløkka Brygghus. Unclear yellow body with low carbonation and a very small white head. Aroma is mild, green apple, hint of lemon and slightly funky. Flavor is refreshing sour apple, medium acidic for a Sidra, some lemon, light wood and some funk. Light bodied with a long lasting acidic apple aftertaste. Not the most complex farmhouse impression, not the most sour sample either, but nice and refreshing. Always nice to sample a fresh Sidra.

37,5cl. Fresh and smooth beginning. Nice tart typical apples, but not as deep or fruity as others. Fresh, easy to drink and nice tart-sour with a few tannins. Sulphuric aftertaste with moderate fruity apples and a nice dry sourness. Ok, especially for the price.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is very funky and cedary, with a dry apple backing. Flavour is quite complex, with farmhouse funk, earthy notes and a wonderful dryness. Barely any apple notes. Complex and well-balanced. Very nice stuff.
