One litre can from ALDI. Into lager glass. Pours pale amber with a big frothy head. Only the occasional bubble. Nose is grain with a hint of malt. Smooth with a good body. Taste is grain, finish is more grain with some metallic notes thrown in. Some lingering sourness. Standard cheap euro Pils.

Can. Clear gold. Tall frothy white head. Stays. Aroma: neutral malts, spicy hops of average to low quality, restrained fruitiness. Light body. Taste: lightly sweet, clean, moderately malty. The ending is medium dry, spicy, hoppy, a bit metallic. Drinkable. But it is compromise product.

Consumed directly from can. Aroma: vague bread, herbal and spicy notes. Superlight body. Taste: dryish. Bread, a hint of clove, herbal hops. I did not get what I love about Weizen from this one.
