Red with almost no head. Aroma is cherries, wood, some syrup, red berries. Taste is sour raspberries with some red wine tanines, sweet fruit. Bitter finish. A bit meh and strange...

Bottle. Hazy red color with hardly any head. Aroma is cherry, milky, acetone, oak sugar. Taste is more of the same. Medium carbonation. Not bad, better than expected!

Hazy golden with little white head. Aroma is fizzy tablet, light fruit, some honey, nice and fine. Taste is fizzy tablet, some sweet fruit and a bit bitter hops. Easy to drink, not bad. A bit of bad bitterness in the finish, maybe ash or tobacco. Apart from that nice.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, pale golden with a lacing, white head. Distinct aroma of.....Brett! which I doubt is intentional, but it’s quite nice. Fairly light in body, fruity, papery with a tart edge and a bitter finish. Brett is mainly in the nose. Clearly infected. 060217

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, deep golden with an off-white head. Spicy nose, Xmassy - clove? Medium body, phenollic and lactic tartness dominate over the spices, so quite a few things clearly went wrong here: No to be revisited unless you really hate yourself. 190117

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, deep red with a small, off-white head - quite pretty. Nose has some cherries buried underneath a layer of acetone. Light body, close to no carbonation, again cherry and acetone and some further chemical accents. A nice attempt at a sour cherry style, but it doesn’t pull through. 081216

Optisch Lager, hellgold, in der Nase leicht Zitrus, im Trunk überraschend, crispy, bitter, leichte Frucht, im Abgang leichte Süße, Heu, deutlich besser als erwartet.
