Dorada nebulosa. Sin espuma. Feo aspecto. Asidrada en el aroma. Aguada y acida en boca con contrapunto dulce de calabaza. Nada de nada. Floja.

Negra de muy abundante espuma muy cremosa beige. Muy duradera. Muy buen aspecto. Aroma a lupulos. Herbal. En boca es muy amarga y muy interesante. Predominio de café con notas ahumadas. Contrapunto frutal durante el trago, pero seca, muy seca. Y muy amarga al final.

Bottle, ten months before bbd. Pours lightly hazy, dark yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is light yeast and zesty hops with herbs, orange peel and floral notes, as well as pale malts with cereals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is herbal hops, with zesty citrus and grassy notes, light notes of pale malts, and dry wooden yeasty notes with some vegetable notes. Fairly unbalanced.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, ruby amber colour with a short off-white foamy layer. Vinegary fruity aroma with notes of morellos and a delicately oaky touch in the background. Sour flavour, medium to light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Fruit-accented vinegary taste with loads of morello-cherries and shades of oaky notes; quite lasting mildly acidic finish with a delicately malty sweetness. Interesting. 27.III.17
