Lett tåkete gylden brun med høyt offwhite skum ligger fint etter retur. Lukter gjær, litt surt, trevirke, grønnsaker, eple og korn. Middels fylde. Noe sur, trevirke. Tenker Belgisk øl når jeg smaker denne. Belgisk gjær.. Mye kullsyre. Middels lang.

Bottle from son vivot in palma. Dark brown and creamy offwhite head perfect black ipa aroma roasted malty and strong bitter hoppy. Flavor is roasted malt sweet and somewhat hoppy. More roasted mats and less hops than the typical lack ipa but the flavor is quite enjoyable. If I should guess I would guess it was from mikkeller or hoppin frog or evil twin, it is that good.

Bottle. Amber color. Aroma: cherry, madeira or sherry barrel, oak, sun-warmed wood, plum. Taste: pleasant malt, sherry fino, dried pears and apples, light acidity, nuts, a very interesting.

Flaske fra Del Mon , på hotellbalkongen i Cala Major, Mallorca: klar, dyp ravgylden. Tett og varig offwhite skum. Diskret aroma med frukttoner, kjeks, nøtter, malt og citrus. En smule overkarobonert - bruser i munnen.Furunål, kjeks, appelsin, nøtter og karamell i smaken. Behagelig bitterhet med ganske tørr ettersmak.

Cloudy yellow small white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and fruits.flavor or is malty good hoppy balance. Fresh. Great session beer. Very delicate. Very dry

bottle from del mon, palma. cloudy orange, fluffy white head. very nice aroma, that is a mix, of the mallorca terroir and some good american bitter hops. flavor is a lot more intense than what i would expect for a 4.5% abc, so good bang for the buck here.

bottle from del mon. hazy red-brown, with a small white head. opened without gushing, plus points for that achievement, given barrelling and berries and wild stuff. aroma is very tart with a beryish hue to it, like the sweeter sour belgish beers. lots of vinegar. Flavor is herbal bitter, woody bitter, mild sourness, berries, quite tasty, one of the tastier fruit beers i’ve had at this relatively high ABV. as the berries are cherries, they leave some marcipan flavors behind, whihc is subtle here, and a nice touch.. More intentionally sour beers with stuf from the mallrocan mountain hills, pls.

bottle from del mon, palma. cloudy brown orange, small offwhite to orange head. was a slight gusher when opened. mild herbal aroma, also some malts, and a little caramel , but in general quite mild.flavor is dough, malts, faint licorice, some spicy hops, somewhat dry, but dough flavor and some powdered sugar flavor mellows out the dryness.kinda tasty though, i’d say sort of like a cream ale.

Herb bitterer, rund hopfiger Antrunk. Der blumige Part des Hofens nimmt schnell ab, es bleibt aber grasig und röstmalzig. Würzig bitteres Finish. 10/12/12/11/8/11
