5.0% 1 Litre bottle at Cafe Abseits. Highly drinkable Lagerbier. Mouthfeel is excellent. Hoppy. Subtle. Wish I could be more descriptive but it’s great. it’s like the most drinkable helles you can imagine. So good. Goes well with the tex mex chicken dish I have. 7/10 On draught at the butchers . Dark amber brown hazy colour thick head. Oh so cold and delicious beer of holiday so far. So cold. Malty. Hoppy Like a cuddle from a friend. Lovely.

From the brewery’s stall at the Canalissmo festival, Bamberg July 2013. Slightly hazy copper, with a slight, off-white head. Sweet, caramel and hazelnut notes, with a touch of bready malts and decent, bitter finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle 100cl. w. swing top. [ As Uetzinger Metzgerbräu Weizen ].Hazy medium yellow orange colour with a average, fizzy - virtually none apperance, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, mint - bubble gum, banana, moderate to light heavy butter. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, banana, butter, sweet. A combination that do not work very well for me sweet banana - butter and sweet yeast !!! Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, banana. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, pineapple, fruity, yeasty. Bottle @ Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. 100cl. Pours unclear dark amber with a white head. Grass, grain, bread and caramel. Some DMS - vegetables. Grassy bitterness. Re-rate. Tap Cafe Abseits, Bamberg July 2017. Very clean. Nutty, Dark Caramel, Grassy hops. Sensationel chewy. Lovely! From a 3,0 from Bottle to a 4,0 fresh from tap!

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wheat, bananas, and a bit of butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, bananas, and butter, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 100cl. An unclear, golden-orange beer topped by a small, off-white head. The aroma is very buttery, putting all the fruityness and banana in the far back. The butterscotch is subdued in the flavor, with artificial banana dominating. Some lemon and clove notes too. Medium body, low on carbonation. Definitely not my favorite weissbier, it’s too buttery and lacks balance. 130215
