Sehr bananig hefiger Geruch.

/11/11/11/11/11

[100cl swing top bottle, with kind regards to Karlheinz] Cloudy, orange colour with a loose, slightly off-white foamy head. Quite intense wheat-malty nose with sourish fruity accents of citrus, accompanied by notes of banana and a delicate touch of clovy spice. Moderately sweet flavour with an almost vinous acidity that fits well, medium-bodied with a lively carbonated and refreshing mouthfeel. Good wheat-character with notes of citrus and grape fruits, also shy hints of banana. Moderately dry, sourish sweet and hearty wheaty, lasting finish with light notes of cloves. Man, this butcher knows how to brew [09.XII.08].

Literflasche, kindly donated by Frankenland ! Cloudy, golden to orangey coloured, quite stable white head with a little lace. Solid wheaty fruity nose - bananas - with a nutty tinge. Moderate to solid sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied, smooth MF. Lingering yeasty and fruity-wheaty finish. A very fine Weizen, produced in a butchers=Metzger shop....
