Dark golden with a large foamy white head Vanilla cream, maple, pistachio, cream, lightly bitter and astringent. Medium finish and body.

The description here on ratebeer is lacking. My pounder can says its a pistachio cream ale, not some stupid cream ale with vanilla notes. Well anyway, I hope this is in the correct spot. This can pours clear pale with a decent head. Does have an aroma smooth malty beer. For 5%, it hides its alky content well. Taste is rather creamy and malty as well. Not bad, hard to tell if there is any pistachio in this. or not. But it does say pistachio cream ale on the label, just telling.

Two fitty at chalet in boardman, nice place. Big pounder can. Pour is clear light pale with a bubbly white head that is fading. Nose is a little farmy but fruity. Taste is not as wild as was expecting. Yes, if I look for it I can find the watermelon but its well balanced. Quite mild for a brew that is supposedly wild. Has quite a bit of that typical gose feel to it. I'd say this is really a gose, not a wild. Not that its bad, just was expecting more tartness than achieved. Hides its alky content rather well, I guess that's why you get a pounder can. Pretty refreshing in the middle. Perhaps a little of that processed feel to it in the end bit overall, I found this brew quite enjoyable. I usually don't like watermelon in beer but this one is all right. With all the stupid ass IPA out there, it's been a long time since I had two good tasting beers in a row.

Sample at Grove City Brewing. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of herbal hops, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, tropical fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sampled from the tap at District Brew Yard. Pours a slightly hazy pinkish red with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy grains and yogurt with blackberry supporting. Flavor is more sour blackberry forward with a tartness that’s grows and yogurt backing.
