On tap(@Pivovar Bašta): Golden, almost clear, stable creamy white head, wheaty-fruity nose with distinctive aromatic hoppy traces(!); mild sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied and very soft; increasing bitterness - but still of the mild kind - in the tart and fruity finish. Unusually well hopped Weizen with traces of a mild I.P.A. …

On tap at the brewpub: Golden, hazy, mid-sized stable off-white head, sharp mustard aromas over a typical "bohemian" nose; spicy bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; ends as it begins: sharp wasabi/mustard in a bohemian finish. Not disgusting, but really needs such "beers"...

Tap @ Basta, Prague. Pours dark ruby brown with a small creamy head. Lots of dark fruit and liquorice. Bread and plum. Dry and smooth.

(Draught at Pivovar Basta, Prague, 28 July 2011) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with roasted grain, toast, dark bread and wort. Malty taste with notes of toast, dark bread, orange peel, wort, raisins and a spicy bitterness. More than medium body, with some malt sweetness. Well balanced and very nice.

On draught: Cloudy, golden to deep golden, fluffy off-white head; moderate sweet-malty nose with a tinge of honey and some bitterness underneath; pretty dry bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering tart-bitter finish with some hidden traces of honey in the aftertaste. Not that bad, but pretty unharmonic.......

Draught at the brewpub on June 2, 2011Cloudy orange to brown color, big lasting creamy head. Sweet, herbal taste, bitter and banana aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Malty and banana scent.

Wässrig malziger Antrunk, wenig hefig, zum Mittelteil etwas herb. Das Bier bleibt aber zu mild. Minimal bitter, im Abgang etwas muffig mit etwas malzigem Nachgeschmack. 12/7/7/7//7

Heller Hopfenantrunk mit angedeuteter Banenennote. Mild aber süffi, vor allem im hinteren mittelteil würzig. Wenig hopfig, ansprechend herb-würzig. 11/10/9/9//9

Bottle . Golden colour with a white head. aroma is sour, berries, malt, citrus, hop. Flavour is citrus, malt, hop, grass. Bitter finish. OK beer.
