Kolor jasny zamglony, piana drobnoczkowa , aromat słodowo chmielowy, w smaku słód chmiel i jest tez nieduża goryczka.

Barwa złota, klarowne, piana biała, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie słodowe, lekka nuta ziołowa. W smaku słodowe, lekko słodkawe, może lekki DMS się pojawia. Goryczka niska, w kierunku średniej, wysycenie do średniego, ciało dość lekkie. Ujdzie.

Bottle. Goldeny amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, citrus, some mild herbal tones. Flavour is tropical fruits, citrus, some wooden and herbal tones.

Gold in colour, mostly clear. Herbal aroma with hints of hay, grass and hops. Frothy in mouth, medium to high carbonation. Light body.

Pours a thick, oily black. No foam, or any sign of carbonation for that matter. Scent is roasty, ashy, shows mild age (the beer is 5 years cellared, so...) Quite simple and not as smooth nor intense as I had hoped. Taste is full on roasty, dark chocolate essence, including the bitterness. Bit of a burnt side to it. Mild alcohol boozyness. Honey provides some width, and a sharp edge. Thick body with very low (not absent) carbo. Very old school. Not the most interesting or unique - however it is indeed enjoyable.

Ein Bier, das mit Himbeeren eingebraut wurde. Es ist blassrosa und hat eine leichte Schaumkrone, die noch blasser, aber auch ein bisschen rosa ist. Geschmacklich ist es sehr süß, dass es mir schon fast zu viel ost, aber es geht noch, da es eine feine Fruchtsüße ist. Jeden Tag würde ich es nicht brauchen, aber man kann es gerne mal probieren.

Nach einer 2-stündigen Zugfahrt erreichte ich im Sommer 2022 von Gdynia die Spitze der Halbinsel Hel (dt. Hela). Ein dortiges Strandrestaurant hatte eine ordentliche Craftbierkarte und unter anderem auch dieses Bier, wobei ich nicht weiß ob dieses mit dem Titel Highway to Hel nicht eigentlich das klassische Helle gemeint ist. Es ist ein gemütliches Helles, das wohl trinkbar ist, aber wirklich tiefgründig finde ich nicht.

Bottle from a local supermarket in Kluczbork. Looks very simple but okay. Beer in the glass with a huge head. Starts mild but not washy, malty, spicy. Moldy background. Some sweetish-grainy notes. Finish well balanced. Okay.
