Quick-ish pint in my hotel room as I pack up to go home from Seattle.
Pale gold, quick soda head drop.
Industrial, boozy white wine yeast nose.
Sharp skin, bitter core, sweet lemon, beautiful tang, tasty yeast endtrails. Just a hint of chem. Lots of zest.
Strong forced co2, thin, slight heat, some sulfites.
Pretty good. Solid price, I think it was $11 for 500ml at the shop.

Semi sweet, white wine, sharp apples, plastic, banana esters, floral pear finish, sulfites.
Plenty carved, medium high acidity, lingering sharpness.
Bonus points for using real cider apples & still being fairly cheap. I think $4.99.

Nice light apples with a bit of rustic notes and tannins. Taste is along the same lines, full-bodied, semi dry. Good one.

On tap at RidgeWood, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins and a touch of bugginess. Flavour is medium-dry, with crisp apple skins and a touch of sugars. Medium dry, lacking complexity. Decent.

Can at Whitewood. Cloudy almost murky pale yellow color, pretty close to still. Aroma of earthy lemon and apple flesh. Taste starts with sweetish apple then lightly bitter lemon. Decent.

Draft at Teeny Tiny. Slightly hazy very pale yellow color lots of bubbles and dense white head. Subtle apple flesh aroma. Taste starts sweet mostly applesauce light lemon, dry finish, semi dry overall. OK

Clear 500ml from Press online. 1310 12:43. ...Whatever that means. Clear, filtered, medium gold. Earthy, old apple, sweaty, old sugary glaze sort of nose. Hyper crisp, minerally, dry skin, white grape, faint banana yeasties, malic acid, added fermented/carmelized white sugar, dried sulfite apricots, cheap sparkly. Good for a cleanse after some greasy food. Meh by itself. Adding that sugar kinda fucked it.
