500ml from Press online. Pint glass @home. Dull, hazed gold, not quite still. Sharp, grassy, floral apple, honey, botanical. Bittersweet & sharp, leaning sweet. Acidic, rich grapes, muscadine, Cava, sour pineapple, lingering tartness. Creamy yeast, prickly carb, boozy burn, minerally, bit of salt, bit heavy. This is really nice.

On tap at Ridgewood, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle funk and dry, crisp apple skins. Flavour is very dry, moderately acidic, with crisp apple skins, light funk, and a touch of sweetness. Could have more funk and complexity but it's solidly done.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is funky and buggy, with lots of apple skins, farmhouse notes and some bugs. Flavour is apple-y and buggy, with crisp apple skins, buggy notes, and barnyard funk. Lots of depth and complexity to this. Excellent.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out apple core, crisp pink apple skins, and a tiny hint of funk. Flavour is somewhat buttery, with gentle toffee apples, crisp pink apple skins, and apple core. Not all that complex but it's clean and drinkable. Good.

On tap at growler guys pours out golden topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is nice crisp apples a little green tartness. Taste is more of the nice sweet apple and a touch of tartness.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound. Light, clean pale gold pour. Knowing nothing of this cider other than it being a cider, it's always fun to try these new ones. A ton of true red apple character. Real fruit throughout. Flavorful, and a slight sounded red apple lingering finish. It's a refreshing cider, and drinks very nicely. Zero complaints.

Draft pour pint at Special Brews, as part of the HM/Whitewood beers night. Clean and clear golden pour, with an active head that hangs on for a minute. Pretty plain cider for me, though it had some caramel, and spices to.it, but way buried. An absolute crusher, as it is basically apple juice. Smooth cider. Enjoyable.

Tap. Clear pale golden color with small white head. Aroma is clean apple juice, some wood and funk. Taste is clean fresh apple juice, vanilla, with a big tannic kick. Fizzy carbonation. Very good cider!
