Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a pink hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of sweet green apple with sweet grains underlying and just a hint of brett. Flavor is a bit more conflicted with earthy grains, sweet green apple and earthy brett.

Nitro sampled from the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a creamy sweet grain note with some bread notes underlying. Flavor has earthy sweet grains with a bit of straw underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edge and laces. Aroma has an earthy pine note with a decent amount of earthy grass and a straw note. Flavor has notes of bitter citrus with some bread and a bit of resin underlying.
