On tap at Peddler, pours a cloudy opaque orange-tinted yellow with a small white head. Nose is very floral and soapy, with loads of citrus zest. Flavour brings out lots and lots of citrus zest and soap. Super soapy, zesty and dry. One of the soapiest beers I've ever had. Ridiculous.

On tap at Peddler, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is that of a Christmas beer, with loads of spices, such as nutmeg and coriander. Flavour is very spicy with a bit of a tang, with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. Not very pleasant mix of flavours. Another below average beer from this brewery.

On tap at Peddler, pours a dark mahogany with a medium beige head. Nose brings out winter spices, with notes of toffee and caramel. Flavour is similar, like a nice winter warmer should be, with toffee, vanilla, caramel, herbal notes and spices. Well-balanced, with a medium-full, lightly spicy body. Good stuff.

On tap at Peddler, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out cereal malt upfront, followed by Belgian yeast, and some light grassy meadowy floral hops. Flavour is quite spicy and floral, with flowers, spices and a Belgian yeasty quality. Awkward flavour profile with the intense flowery quality mixing strangely with the spiciness. Not very good.

On tap at Peddler, pours a clear dull golden copper with a small white head. Nose of earthy, herbal hops, some pine and biscuity malt. Flavour is way too malt-heavy, with syrupy caramel overshooting the resinous hops big time. There is a big astringency on the finish, with a cloying syrupy quality as well. Exactly how not to brew an IPA. Not good.

On tap at Peddler, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt, floral hops and some zest. Flavour is very musty, with earthy notes, armpits and feet - fairly dry. Not so good.

On tap at Peddler, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Nose brings out light caramel notes and breadiness. Flavour brings out light caramel, toasted malt, and English malt. Really nice touch with the toasted caramel on the ESB. Good stuff.

On tap at Peddler, pours a clear golden with a large foamy white head. Aroma is light and pleasant, with cereal malt. Flavour is very grassy and cereal like, with a very dry meadowy flavour, along with dry grassiness, floral hops, and a dry bitter graininess on the finish. Non-traditional kolsch, but very well-made. Good stuff.
