From the can in Sebastopol. Medium gold color. Light carbonation. Sweet apple with a hint of vanilla. Rich fruit flavor of apple and skin and some baked apple. Tastes matured. Nice.

Tap in Sebastopol. Pale gold and effervescent. Big pineapple nose with cinnamon apple. Slightly perfumed flavor with pineapple and spices. Nice enough.

On tap in Sebastopol. Dry apple nose is a bit faint. Flavor is whisky, vanilla and oak. Reminds me of Canadian whiskey. Dry apple and skin in the finish. Must be whiskey barrel aged.

US Pint can (as Brut, no mention of 'Bay') from a Trader Joe's. Poured into a La Chouffe stemmed tulip glass at my daughters in Laguna Hills on 29th July 2025. Very pale, urine yellow/blonde, no head but plenty of carbonation bubbles. Dry Cooking Apples!
