Can at home watching House of Dragon. Gold pour. Nose is grass and bread. Trastes of sourdough, hint of grass and floral. Oyster brineniess isn’t quite there.

An hommage to Hommage. Bottle thanks to my bro. It pours cloudy deep red approaching purple with limited head. The aroma is sweet - sour, juicy, tart, tangy, raspberry, sour cherry, redcurrant, vanilla, jammy, Victoria sponge cake, sherbet, granny smith apple, red wine vinegar and strawberry worth balsamico. The taste is dry and sharp upfront, crispy, puckering, fairly bracing acidity, red wine vinegar, raspberry, sour cherry, cranberry, red apple, jammy, dry wood and a touch of tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and light carbonation. Acidity is bit intense to be honest. Nice elements to it, but perhaps a bit much.

Can. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, spices, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, spices, lemons, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Illegibly-dated can drunk 7/11/24. Clear golden. White head, low retention. Checks most of the boxes (malty, herbaceous hops, clean, good minerality). But falls a bit short on attenuation, though the more assertively bitter hops balance that, somewhat. Lots of mineral, earth, sourdough and bitter, dried hop.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, fairly smooth, decent fine minerally carbonation coming through on the back end. Smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness, imparting a mild dryness as well. Hops are light cooling pine over a juicy smooth and reasonably bright citrus. Touch of citrus peel and whisper of skunk. Some tropical fruits on the back end. Light and semi dry finish. Clean, hop juicy and drinkable.
