Single from 604. Canned 9/9/2024. Sat this in the fridge for a little too long. Pint glass at home. Frothy, dull pale gold. Sweet herbal nose, green strawberry, sugary greens. Tastes of sugary, stewed bitter greens, papery, mellow citrus, nice astringency makes it tolerable. Pretty meh.

Can (10/2/23) from Rapid Liquors, Stoneham. Opaque black with no sparkle, nice viscosity, ephemeral fizzy head fading to a ring, no lacing. Aroma is roasted earthy malt, smoke/ash and toffee. Taste is strong earthy, roasted malt, molasses, smoke/ash, wood, mild caramel. Some apple after it warms. Smooth, thick texture, full bodied, soft carbonation, mildest alcohol warmth, and roasty/woody/earthy/toffee finish. Apples are not prominent but rest is here offering decent complexity.

Draught @ Fermentoren. Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma is tart with notes of citrus, barnyard, funk and hint of raspberry. Taste is light sweet and heavy sour with a dry, funk, tart, citrus and raspberry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Single from 604, $4.50 or $6, can't remember. Just glad I can still get freshies locally. Hazy, grapefruit-colored pour, frothy cream-colored head. Smell is big on Mosiac & floral-tart strawberries, a bit of yogurt. Tart fruit, onion jam & orange hazy notes, touch of fresh veg, herbal & rindy hops, lingering green strawberry, juiced bittersweet ruby grapefruit, not at all sweet, it's really great. Off-dry, acidic, a touch boozy. Just what I wanted. Really amazing.

Single from 604. No BB date, very unusual for them. Clear Solo cup at home. Clear water is coming. It'll be a Christmas miracle. Well blended yellow orange hazy with a thin, soapy film. Fresh citrus, confectionery nose, with a little thyme & hidden dank. Soft but serious. Taste is very sweet leaning bittersweet with orange pith. Powdered sugar & a some sweet onion, parsley finish. Frothy, low to mid carb, heavy body, decent acid, a twinge of booziness on the tail. Pithy residual. Good flavor but soft & sugary. Meh.

Single from 604. Again, no BB date like they usually have, wtf guys? Clear Solo cup at home. No clean water. So many water bottles... Frothy & sticky head, hazy orange pour. Soapy, danky, citrus nose. Slightly muted. Taste has an obvious orange+banana essence interlaced with some citrus forward hops & a touch of onion plus herbs. The lip of the cup is already a bit sticky. Low to middling acid, bittersweet. Smooth & milky for 8.5%, with just a little bit of belly burn. CO2 is a touch weak. This is basically a really good hazy. All it took to cover up the usual nastiness was some legit local fruit.
