Draft. Aroma is pure espresso beans. Flavor shows extreme amounts of coffee beans with bourbon in the finish. Body and texture are rich. Gosh damn! I am getting buzzed after multiple 15% imperial Stout’s, and barley wines. Snap!! 3.9

16 oz. draft. Aroma of nuts and dried leaves. Flavor is caramel, autumn leaves, and English ale yeast. Proper in every regard.

Draft. Aroma is wood, cinnamon, and apple essence. The flavor is similar with an almost grain alcohol finish. Body is full and bold. Don’t get me wrong, it shows the ABV. Tasty but boozy.

Draft. Perfect palate cleanser. Some juicy peach with a mild lingering tartness that last while after the sip. Mild pucker in the glands. Delightfully tart.

6 oz draft. Aroma is oak, fig, coconut. Flavor is rich in deep. All the adjuncts male a strong showing as well as the bourbon. Rich caramel, coconut, barrel. Definitely potent. Whoa!!

5 week old can A: Pale clear yellow with a short, fast falling white head, leaving a pad and ring. S: Fresh floral and citrus notes, tart berries and faint wood. T: Very dry, lightly bitter and seltzery. Hops are lemon lime and floral. No malt character save maybe a bit of wood. Herbs linger. M: Very light, very crisp, very dry and very thin. O: The hop flavors are tasty but there's nothing else here and those hops need a little help. Not much to recommend.

Christmas gift from the wife I don't deserve. Rare Vos glass @home. Frothy, very dark brown pour. Smell is strong, oily dark chocolate & rye forward, peppery, fumy bourbon. Toasty & borderline blackened crusty char, oily chocolate, sharp & rich malt, toasted & cooked down vanilla, old ale oxidation. Bittersweet on the finish, but all the first half is sweet & lush. It's also really boozy. Okay to good.

Pours a thick, oily near-black from a bottle. Aroma is huge spice (allspice, clove, cinnamon, ginger, in that order) all layered over bourbon and oak. A little jarring to be honest; it is not subtle. Flavor is at the top of the dial, again a little much. Thick and sweet, spicy. Good beer.
