I think I drank one of these a couple of weeks ago but luckily I had a second! Wooh dunkel Weiss! Need more of these in the world. Still hints of banana esters but also a nice balanced malt note thrown in. Too smooth.

Bottle bought Cobbett's, Dorking. Hazy-opaque gold. Thin foamy translucent white head soon almost entirely disappears. A lotta sediments at the bottom of the bottle. Aroma has tart grapefruit with a vinous streak plus herbs and saline. Oomph. Tart. Tangy. Vinous with a big burst of grapefruit tartness. Herbs and salt in the nox. Light. Thin to slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Super easy drinking juicy Gose. Great stuff.

Can at home from Yupp. Lightly hazed golden with a white head. Aroma and taste are like I’d expect for a beer based on the paloma cocktail. Citrus grapefruit and lime. And a salt hint. Crisp body.

Pils with hints of green tea, combo doesn't do it for me but the pils bit of it is nice.

This beer pours a slightly hazy bright golden color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Sticky strings of lacing on the glass. herbal hops, stone fruit and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of grassy hops, grapefruit, apricot and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
