Tap at Final Gravity. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Fruity aroma. Med ++ body. Flavor is hop forward. It’s fruity, somewhat earthy. There’s a possible "leafy" hop note. Not very close to dank tho. Is’s very strongly hopped. Smooth, not harsh, bitter finish. Really good.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours "black" with a beige head. Aroma is dark smooth malt; hint of chocolate. Med body at least. Flavor is smooth, chocolaty malt - there’s an unusual flavor note in the finish - I’m liking to think it’s oat. Good stuff.

On tap at Altamont. It pours a dark brown/black color with a tan head. The aroma has burnt toast with some nutty cocoa and coffee. The flavor has some light alcohol bourbon notes with medium levels of vanilla and strong creamy coffee and dark chocolate. Full bodied and creamy with a medium earthy bitter, roasted finish. Balanced. Good.

On tap at Altamont. It pours a deep golden color with a thick off white head. The aroma has orange, pineapple and peach with some grainy malt and light caramel. The flavor is fruity up front with some grapefruit, peach and orange followed by some really strong piney/floral bitterness. Noticeable alcohol and caramel malt. The flavor ends up being dominated by pine and floral bitterness with strong alcohol. A bit difficult to drink, but still has that juicy "Altamont" character.
