Bottle pour at Side Project queue. Black with almost no head. Loads and loads of chocolate, intensive coffee, some cocout. Fantastic layers of intensive chocolate and bourbon. .

Can from Tavour. Pours clear dark brown with a transient foamy tan head. Aroma is that English brown ale thing. Med body. Flavor is darkish malt and floral hop. Maybe there's a bit of nut. Not really dry and not all that bitter. Yet it has an interesting and pleasing flavor.

Draft pour at Josh's Taps and Caps. Dark cola brown pour, swirling ran foam head. Coffee dominated aroma, dark roast, expected and enjoyable. Medium bodied, caramel and coffee notes. Definitely sweeter than it's like my coffee, but this remains dark and bitter overall. Semi rich chocolate and coffee palate. Lingering chocolate and vanilla. Fun and unique brew. Enjoyed this.

750ml @ Josh's (thx for the beer, man!) Cave after the last takedown of the day. Appearance: brown with some floating micro pieces (of bananas?). Aroma: mix of bananas, nuts, some caramel, and American oak, some light tartness. Taste: along the same lines, very smooth. Overall: this one is good, but not as good as original Dreams and not as good as other Structures BA stouts.

Very dark brown, no head. There's a lot of banana on the aroma, some hazelnut, with a lot of dark sugars, and that depth of dark sugar is what makes this. It's got a big body. There's banana that adds body, sugar and also flavour. It's good, not as great as the first Dreams, mind you, but that was a legend. Purchased Apr 2023.

750ml (thx, Joe S.!) @ Ryan's shared with Brian and Phill. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: sweet, lots of caramel and nice candies, bold. Taste: along the same lines, very thick, lots of caramel and candies, a bit boozy, some oak. Overall: nice one.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Very dark brown with almost no beige head. Bready, dark fruits, deep bourbon notes, like a fruit cake. Very nice.
