Description
Our mission has been to produce vibrant, quality and innovative beer with a truly authentic team of humans since 2015. Structures Brewing was founded by James Alexander after spending years working at breweries in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
In 2021, forces were joined when Bryan Cardwell partnered with James. Bryan comes from a background of world class brewing experience in Washington and Oregon. Together they have meshed their skills of brewing great hoppy beer and lager beer... while also loving to explore the realms of curiosity in Imperial Stouts, Barleywines and Smoothie Sours.

On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite sweet and fruity, with sweet fruits, citrus hops and residual malt sweetness. Flavour is robust and on the malty side for a IIPA, with sweet tropical fruits, citrus hops and caramel malt sweetness. Well-constructed, but this is too sweet for my tastes. Solid.

On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lovely farmhouse notes, along with dry melon and citrus. Flavour is quite bright, with rustic farmhouse notes, melon, citrus and dry biscuity notes. Really well-balanced with loads of flavour. Love what they've done here.

On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy opaque bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma is intensely fruity, with loads of pineapple and mango. Flavour is a little less fruity and more better, with loads of grapefruit, melon, and pineapple. Very astringent, but maintaining the freshness. Needs a little tweaking, but it's quite solid.

On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy opaque golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite dank, with notes of citra hops upfront, followed by tropical fruitiness and some piney hops. Flavour is along the same lines, though not quite as complex, with notes of tropical fruits, piney hops and dank citra elements. Well-balanced and highly drinkable. Very good.

On tap at Structures, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is robust, bringing out a mix of coffee and roasted oats. Flavour is robust, with notes of cocoa, oats and fairly intense coffee. Anything but subtle, with a bit of abrasiveness from the sweet elements. Good stuff, but could use some refining.

On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy opaque bright yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out German hops, with a tangy citrus quality, and a dry biscuity malt base. Flavour is super fresh, with fruity and citrusy hops dominating, backed by a biscuity malt base. Medium astringency that is not detracting. Really nice.

Alright, I guess I’ll be the one to rate these guys first. Surprised, but a bit honored as well I suppose. First things first. The beer is good. Draft 12 Oz pour at Brouwers. Clear golden pour with an active fizz head. Rating #1998. The same year the Yankees started a decade of frustration for every other fanbase. Belgian yeast dominated aroma. Flavor is on the dry side, a bit toasty, oak, some yeast character throughout, and minimal spice. Not a super standout for me, but still quite tasty. Enjoyed this.
