Description
Our mission has been to produce vibrant, quality and innovative beer with a truly authentic team of humans since 2015. Structures Brewing was founded by James Alexander after spending years working at breweries in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
In 2021, forces were joined when Bryan Cardwell partnered with James. Bryan comes from a background of world class brewing experience in Washington and Oregon. Together they have meshed their skills of brewing great hoppy beer and lager beer... while also loving to explore the realms of curiosity in Imperial Stouts, Barleywines and Smoothie Sours.

Cloudy blond color, not much head. Very nice aroma, plenty of fruity hops, sweet oranges, some piney resins. The mouthfeel is lean, not very sweet, delicate crisp malts, and plenty of hops; tangerine in front, oranges, some piney resins; I sense some salt.
Fruity, juicy, excellent.

On tap. Pours a very hazy yellow/amber with light head. Aromas of mashed tropical fruit, candied citric and malted wheat. Flavors of pithy grapefruit, dry candied lemons, pineapple, pine, and a bit if grain. Super fresh and fruity. Great stuff.

Opaque, thin head. Bitter grapefruit, orange, complex citrus nose. Lots of bitterness, sweet pale malts, bright citrusy, weedy hops. Well this is exactly my type of dipa. Burps beautifully, too.

Hazy amber, has a tartness on the nose, light florals, grapefruit. Tart, but with a nice jamaica sweetness, hit of grapefruit, mellow balanced bitterness. Very good, lots of nuance and complexity.

Hazy blonde. Medium head. Bright, peachy, lychee nose. Mellow pale malt. Well-balanced, lots of bitterness, very clean, slightly sweet pale malts. Really hits the spot.

Growler, courtesy of Oakes (thanks Josh!), pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dank hops, citrus hops and tropical fruits. Flavour is super fresh, with lovely dank hops, tropical fruits, and citrus. Fruity and dank on the finish. Excellent stuff.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out quite a lot of dank hops, some sharp melons, and biscuity malt. Flavour is huge on the cat piss from the citra, with loads of melon, dry hoppiness and biscuity malt. Bone dry, with loads of dankness. Nice stuff.

On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy Beirut yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lovely dank hops, hinting at loads of citra, though it's mosaic and simcoe. Flavour is dank and fruity in the hop department, with a very bold and slightly abrasive hoppiness. Dry and lightly astringency finish. Solid stuff.
