On tap at Structures, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out dank piney hops upfront, with some herbal notes. Flavour has moderate dankness, with piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Dry dank piney hops on the finish that aren't so aggressive. Solid stuff.

On tap at Structures, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out moderate brett presence, honey sweetness and a little cereal malt. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with lots of brett funk upfront, with some honey-like sweetness. Crisp, dry and very deep. Wonderful stuff.

On tap at Structures, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium roasted malt, followed by caramel sweetness and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is nice and dry, with medium roasted malt, caramel malt, some dark fruitiness, and a nicely dry finish. Not your usual impie - much fruitier and drier. Excellent.

On tap at Structures, pours an opaque cloudy peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of dank hops and brett, along with citrus zest, and pithy notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with brett, piney hops, and some pithy fruitiness. Nice blend of hops and brett. Very nice stuff.

Bottle - Nice funky wild and candied lemon. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light funky citrus and a long starchy dry funky finish. Smells great, tastes ok.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a great brett character upfront, followed by honey and oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of brett, honey, and oak. Lightly sweet from the honey, with a lactic, oaky and bretty finish. Very nice stuff.

Cloudy and pale. This has a touch of wood, a touch of brett, but also quite a bit of pedio, which ends up being the most prominent character,. On the palate, quite woody, lactic, touch of brett. The pale malts are nice, and there isn’t any real sign of that pedio.

On tap at Elizabeth Station. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, juicy. Same taste with earthy notes. Tropical fruits bitterness aftertaste. Good stuff.
