Poured from 473mL can. Very dark brown with almost no beige head and a small chunkie. Vanilla and cinnamon, feint raisin character, decent.

A dink pour while accepting some disappointment after trying a glass of TYF9Y. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: dank, juicy, a bit creamy. Taste: along the same lines, quite good body for an APA. Overall: pleasant.

6oz. Appearance: very dark brown with some beige head. Aroma: sweet, bold, some molasses, American oak, some chocolate. Nice and proper for a straight BBA IS. Taste: very sweet and thick. It is also really boozy, probably the booziest Imperial Stour from Structures I've ever had. A lot of caramel candies and oak. At the same time, I wouldn't say it's very complex. It's kinda one directional and doesn't bring a lot of complexity to the palate. Overall: it is for sure enjoyable, but I expected more from it.

Another dink pour while waiting TYF9Y getting warmer. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: roasted malts, some coffee. It feels pretty thin. Taste: alomg the same lines, roasted malt notes, earthy, some roasted seeds, a bit of chocolate. Overall: pleasant for what it is.

Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of Noble hops with some pale malt support. Near med body. Flavor is pretty much the aroma. Spicy/grassy/tangy. Much better than the macros! Pretty nice flavor. Fairly dry and appropriately bitter.

Small pour. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: a bit dank with nice juicynesa and tropical fruits. Taste: along the same lines, full-bodied, low to moderately sweet, fruity. Overall: good one.
Brujos collab!

On tap as Dreams II. Pours black with little head. Aromas of dark caramel, coconut, soft sweet oaky bourbon, vanilla and slick roasty malts. Flavors follow same with additional candied banana and sharper barrel notes. Lots going on but a beautiful integration. Sticky.

On tap. Pours amber with light head. Aromas of tropical fruit, dank hops, soft pine and toasted malts. Flavors of resin, earthy citrus, pineapple, grass and toasted malts. Very bitter finish which is distracting. Otherwise quite good.
