750ml @ Josh's (thx for the beer, man!) Cave after the last takedown of the day. Appearance: brown with some floating micro pieces (of bananas?). Aroma: mix of bananas, nuts, some caramel, and American oak, some light tartness. Taste: along the same lines, very smooth. Overall: this one is good, but not as good as original Dreams and not as good as other Structures BA stouts.

Very dark brown, no head. There's a lot of banana on the aroma, some hazelnut, with a lot of dark sugars, and that depth of dark sugar is what makes this. It's got a big body. There's banana that adds body, sugar and also flavour. It's good, not as great as the first Dreams, mind you, but that was a legend. Purchased Apr 2023.

750ml (thx, Joe S.!) @ Ryan's shared with Brian and Phill. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: sweet, lots of caramel and nice candies, bold. Taste: along the same lines, very thick, lots of caramel and candies, a bit boozy, some oak. Overall: nice one.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Very dark brown with almost no beige head. Bready, dark fruits, deep bourbon notes, like a fruit cake. Very nice.

Pretty damn crushable, wish this only came in 24 packs. Nice corn flavor upfront and crisp finish.

Damn good helles, wish I had gotten more than one, super crisp finish. Nice bread forward notes.

Can. Pours a clear yellow hue, a large white head. A soft perfume and citrus nose. Smooth, fairly malty, toast, some citrus, somewhat robust oranges. Smooth.

Draft 8 oz pour at Chuck's CD. Turning into a DDH west coast IPA kind of day. Clean and clear shiny golden pour. Patchy head. Resinous piney hops throughout, gritty, and hop dusty. Grassy hop pellet nose woth a touch of citrus. Nice and aggressive bitterness. Hops cover the grain, and last on a lengthy palate. A little different than your usual dry hopped west coast. Tasty.

I dig the tiniest hint of kiwi or some fancy fruit on the front of this that dissipates quickly leaving a beautifully crisp clean finish.

Poured from 473mL can @ ABC bottle share. Hazy yellow blonde with small white head. Citrus and grapefruit hops, solid, lots of flavour at a lower ABV.
