Description
Our mission has been to produce vibrant, quality and innovative beer with a truly authentic team of humans since 2015. Structures Brewing was founded by James Alexander after spending years working at breweries in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
In 2021, forces were joined when Bryan Cardwell partnered with James. Bryan comes from a background of world class brewing experience in Washington and Oregon. Together they have meshed their skills of brewing great hoppy beer and lager beer... while also loving to explore the realms of curiosity in Imperial Stouts, Barleywines and Smoothie Sours.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some piney hops, melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with piney hops, melon, some toasted grains, and biscuity malt to back. Nice hop character, but a bit too seltzery. Good.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a large white head that failed to persist til it was half gone. Then it stayed. Aroma is dankish citrus. Med body. Juicy but towards dry. Nicely bitter. It is a bit dank, has citrus, and there is some tropical fruit with a light earth note that comes out. Nice flavor.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a moderate white head. Aroma does have passion fruit and there's some mixed citrus. Med body. Juicy but not really sweet. Fairly bitter. Flavor matches the aroma. Malt is nicely subdued. Good flavor.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is even spread between bready malt and grassy hop. Arguably med body. Flavor: Grass/spice hop dominates the bready malt. Pleasingly bitter.

On tap at Structures - Holly, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Nose has a bit of unfermented wort, straw, and subdued grassiness—this doesn’t smell quite right. Flavour is better, with crisp, biting, grassy hops, and a crisp crackery malt base. Still has some of that unfermented wort in there, and the Saaz spiciness isn’t quite coming through. It’s alright.

On tap at Structures - Holly, pours an opaque milky yellow with a small white head. Nose is pretty chalky, with plenty of hopburn, not much distinguishable hop expression. Flavour is much the same: egregious hopburn, plenty of chalk, rough graininess. There’s not really anything nice about this. Poor.
