Bottle - thanks Chris! Pours hazy golden amber, medium white head with good staying power and nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, a bit sweaty and dank, passionfruit, pot. Flavor is very light sweet, light bitter, well balanced. Lightish body, a bit of lingering bitterness. Pretty solid effort.

Poured golden yellow, maybe it looks a bit thicker compared with lighter beers but still very normal looking. Aroma is full of hoppy resins - of course. This beer is very dry while still loaded with some subtle citrusy fruit character and piney hops. West Coast IPA as I imagine is taken to another level where lush fruitiness has dripped off a bit and the void is filled with hops and their resins. Alcohol content is dangerously well hidden, there would be no way I can tell it’s 9,4% if it wasn’t written on the label. Great beer, would have it again and again.

Poured clean and coppery, sort of what I would expect a real bitter to look like. Aroma was there, malty and with a subtle hop kick. Taste also with a hint of herbal bitterness but mainly focusing on the power of the malts - while being quite easygoing and approachable. Tried to imagine if this beer reminds me England and true enough, visions of black cabs and double-deckers came to my mind. Maybe not too unique as a beer but not bad either.

Pours very pale, almost watery. Thin white head. Aroma has some hay, corn and grassy malts. Same thing goes on in the taste. Couldn’t really spot the creaminess there, maybe a bit of sweetness but that’s it. As this beer is not that distinctive, it went down fast, maybe that’s the best thing about this beer.

Pours darker, copper - but at the same time very clear. Foam is abundant at first but soon reduces into a thin layer. Aroma is surprising - its actually sweet, cleanly caramelised sugar. This is not reflecting in the taste though. The beer is dry, spicy and sharply hoppy. If there’s any sweetness then it’s hidden under everything else. As it is proper for a West Coast beer, the hops are plentiful, dry pine resins. Not a fast beer to chug down, one to enjoy longer.

Pours really nice golden yellow. Transparent, with a small white top. Aroma has bread malts, fragrant. Subtle hint of hops. Sips really soft, even mellow, but still has a nice little bitter bite to it. Beautifully refreshing beer. Half pint is not enough.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Nose is lovely, with loads of piney hops, roasted malt, resin and a touch of wood. Flavour is potent, bringing out uncompromising bitter piney hops upfront, backed by a strong woody roasted malt base. A bit brutal, but I love the intense hops. Less malt than most black IPAs. Excellent beer.
