Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.

Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.

Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

Can, thanks to preismj! Almost clear golden liquid with a light amber hue and medium off-white head. Aroma of fresh hops, flowers, mango, weed, pineapple, light bread, grapefruit and lemon peel. Loads of tropical fruit. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter (balanced) with notes mango, bread, toast, biscuit, flowers and citrus. The malt base comes forward a lot more in the taste. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Just a great APA, one of the best I’ve had. Dry and over the top hoppy, but still balanced.

Small creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fruity, hop pellets, light malts, leafs, citrus peel, grass. Taste is slightly sweet grassy, light malts, hops, sugar, hay, leafs, citrus peel, grass. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Not bad, but not what I’d call a lager either...?

Can poured into a shaker. Pours a hazy dark gold with 2 fingers thick white head. Aroma of straw and grain with a little earthy herbal hoppiness and something slightly sweet. Taste is light bitter. Earthy and herbal with grains and a little more sweetness in the finish. Light bodied with a slick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad. Not my favorite beer but very drinkable.
