Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.
Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.
Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

Bottle, 22oz, at TFODRBSG 2012. It’s a lightly unclear one, brown in color and with a small, beige head. Not much berry aroma, it’s mostly caramel and roasted malts. Some lightly spiced hints in the flavor, a touch of berries, as well as roasted malts and caramel. Full-bodied, a bit heavy on carbonation. Some acidity. Caramel and roasted notes in the end. A pleasant beer, fun to have sampled, but that’s it. 120218

16oz can shared by Brian. Unfiltered amber-brown. Caramel, malty aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth and sessionable. Nice mix of malt tastes, from Amber to Nut Brown. Lots of toffee. Nails the style, well done.

Sweet hops, pine cones, caramel, citrus rinds and a good dose of fruit but the fullness of flavor is a bit lacking.

22oz bomber shared by Brian. Great tropical hops and wheat aroma, really pleasant and reminiscent of FFF. Pretty much in the top tier of American Wheats. Mellow medium body, very refreshing and sessionable. Soft on the palate, really well executed. Delicious, world class.

On draught at Hopleaf. Hazed orange pour with a medium white head that dissipates steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat and herbal hops, plus some tropical fruits. Light-bodied with a wheaty character and notes of grapefruit, hops and malt. The finish is fruity with a short wheat aftertaste. Above average overall.
