Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.

Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.

Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

This was a gift from my upstairs neighbor, thanks upstairs neighbor! Enjoyed from mini-growler a day before leaving for two weeks while nursing a hangover from the night before. I can’t not drink this! Appearance is a dark dark brown/black with a rich off white head that laces to the glass. Aroma of nuts, chocolate, yeast, roasted malt, smells nice. Taste goes down nice, smooth, and rich. Chocolate notes really shine, it does taste a bit yeastier than other porters, but it could be because of its freshness. Very very good brew, and such a nice gift!

DC tasting. Bright orange-tan. Frothy head. Soapy odd brett aroma, covers everything else up. Good, but test tube sour overload, lacks subtlety. Mild and balanced at the same time, smooth.

Medium, pale brown with a small creamy tan head. Aroma is hoppy, pine, light malt, a bit of sweetness. Medium thin body. Flavor is more hop than malt. Pine, citrus, and a bit of caramel malt with light chocolate. Solid brown but a little too hoppy for my tastes.

Golden orange with a white head. Aroma was citrus and tropical fruits, light sweetness, floral notes. Medium thin body. Flavor was heavy on the hops with light malt backbone. Tropical and citrus fruit tones, floral, sweet candied malts. Love how much flavor is packed into the low abv. Delicious.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating but this was released very recently. Pours lightly hazy golden orange color with a nice 2 finger dense cream colored head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of huge mango, orange zest, grapefruit, lemon zest, pineapple, tangerine, floral, honey, grass, light pine, light caramel, and floral hop earthiness. Fantastic aromas with huge hop complexity and a solid malt balance as well. Taste of big orange zest, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, lemon zest, tangerine, floral, pine, honey, grass, light caramel, and floral hop earthiness. Fair amount of citrus and floral bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of citrus, citrus zest, mango, pineapple, pine, honey, floral, grass, and floral hop earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic hop flavor complexity with a nice malt balance; but still highly showcases the hops; with zero cloying flavors present after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a creamy, lightly slick, and fairly sticky mouthfeel that is very nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with hardly any warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic Double IPA! Great hop flavor complexity and balance; and extremely smooth to sip on. An extremely enjoyable offering.
