Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.

Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.

Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

440 ml can received as an extra in a trade. Thanks pandableh! Pours hazy vibrant orange with a frothy and slightly fizzy offwhite head that is rather slow to dissipate while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is hoppy fresh, fruity, floral and tiny herbal with passion fruit, slightly dry grass, strawberry jam, unripe mango, bread, lemon balm, pine, dried flowers, orange peal, dew and hints of caramel and parsley. Taste is bitter, herbal, slightly floral and tiny fruity with grapefruit juice, moist grass, lemon balm, dill, bread, unripe strawberries and raspberries, pine needles, unripe rock hard peaches, mineral rich spring water, orange peal and and gooseberries. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly watery, slightly dry, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter and herbal with grapefruit rinds, lemon balm, dill, freshly cut grass, parsley, crackers, unripe tropical fruits and hints of wet stone. Great hoppy fresh smell supported by a very light slightly lacking body. --- Beer merged from original tick of Daisy Cutter Pale Ale on 15 May 2016 at 19:06 - Score: 7. Original review text: Lunch beer before leaving Copenhagen this time. It's been great as always!! As for the beer it's legit. Refreshing grassy bright APA.
