Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.

Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.

Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

Bottle. Pours with a hazy golden hued body with a medium sized white head. Aromas are of hops, but not your usual citrus. There is some dill, lemony, citrusy (maybe some sorachi ace was used?). Some grainy notes. Flavors are lemony, grassy and citrusy. Almost a touch minty. Mostly hops, light alcohol, low malt. Medium bodied.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can obtained through trade with Watson1977, poured into a glass. Pours light amber with small white head which dissapates quickly. Light lacing, medium body, slightly syrupy texture, and nice floral aroma. Taste is grapefruit, some floral hops, and slightly bitter hop finish. Pretty good pale ale
