Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.

Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.

Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

Aroma is mostly hoppy with a balanced grapefruit and resin character and light tropical fruit. Some cracker and biscuit malt notes to balance. Pours a slightly cloudy golden orange with a pillowy white head that slowly and steadily recedes. Flavor is fairly malty with nice cracker and biscuit along with light caramel. Moderate bitterness. Medium light hop flavor, mostly grapefruit and resin. The finish had a bit of tropical fruit, light bitterness and cracker. Hop bitterness is very slightly on the harsh side. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall a very nice pale ale. I like that it has a hop forward aroma but the malt plays center stage in the flavor. A good modern pale ale.

Pours a slightly hazy light gold with a huge fluffy white head that persists forever leaving lots of stickies on the sides of the glass. Aromas of grapefruit pineapple and a hint of earth and flowers dominate the aroma allowing a light bready malt to barely peak through. The flavor is bready and honey like malt underneath a solid base of citrus and tropical fruits. Firm hop bitterness is never harsh. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a slick mouthfeel. Wow that’s a fantastic pale ale right there.

Sampled from a 16 oz can this beer poured a hazy vibrant golden-peach color with a medium sized creamy-soapy yellow-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was strong gritty, flowery, herbal and fruity hops. The flavor was dry and bitter and dryish with strong floral hops, moderate fruit hops and a biscuit undertone. Medium length dry and tangy floral hop finish. Medium body. Ok.
