Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.
Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.
Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

Purchased at Binny's in Chicago, IL; enjoyed on the first nice Saturday of the spring prior to grilling. Appearance is a lightly cloudy dark gold with a light white head. Aroma of light spices, smells more like a holiday ale which is surprising. Taste is decent, has some interesting qualities like the light smoke, but overall just OK.

Growler shared by Drew, thanks! Pours a clear pale soapy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grassy hops with a bit of light grain and crisp lager yeast. Flavor has grass and earthy grains with a bit of a chemical note towards the finish. Smells better than it tastes.

Sample at the Blarney Wine tasting on 03/16/2013 (as "Wild America"): The beer is a hazy copper color with a medium light beige head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of toffee, citrus and hops. Full-bodied with flavors of bready malt, grapefruit and hops. The finish is hoppy up front with a pine and citrus aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
