Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.

Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.

Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

7/10
Sweet and syrupy with some artificial marzipan notes, almonds, hints of stingy wood, cherry wood and fruity rum. A bit unbalanced and messy. Heavy and boozy.

Smooth and slightly fruity with loads of vanilla, coffee, coconut, cocoa, chocolate sauce and barrel notes. Pretty good vanilla and coconut barrel overdose.

Clear gold pour with a one finger white head. Nice pils. It’s on the hoppier end of the style. Light bodied. Bready, grainy malt. Goes down easy but with a crisp hops kick

Can to tulip.
Appearance: pure hazy orange color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off delicately to leave some light messy lace
Aroma: big juicy citrusy and tropical fruity hops with some sweet grains and sly use of clean malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a juicy bittersweet fashion; subtle aftertaste of the citrusy hops
Texture: medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper; carb seems a bit lower than expected; finishes with the citrusy and piney hops in a juicy way
Overall: seems like a borderline NEIPA depending upon who you talk to. Me, I believe I could have this again.

Can to mug.
Appearance: fairly thick dark brown close to black in color with a two and a half fingers of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely and left some light lace
Aroma: lots of milk chocolate up front then sweet toasty to biscuity malts meshing with some coffee roastiness
Flavor: moderately blends the prior noted aromas together sweetly and roasty, slight toasted nuts here; subtle aftertaste of milk chocolate
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; fairly smooth along my tongue; finishes with the milk chocolate
Overall: a milk/sweet stout that is probably sweeter than a lot of others of it's style. It's not a bad beer, perhaps again for me.
