Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.
Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.
Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

LCI. The tokaji here is really interesting note finish—sweet and vinous, underneath, barrel, caramel, raisin, figgy pudding. (No beer in the one photo that is kind of in focus—oops)

Sweetish, slightly roasty and heavy with some apple brandy, vanilla, oak, toffee, syrup and cocoa. A bit heavy and stingy.

Can thanks to Adam! Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a nice combination of chocolate, peanut and light caramel with roast and barrel supporting. Flavor has a nice peanut and chocolate start with some barrel and a bit of caramel underlying.

This is a nice pale ale. Pine and citrus hop aromas and flavors combine with bready, slightly caramelly malt. Moderately bitter. Goes down easy.

Aromas are resin, melon, bit of citrus and malt. Flavors are similar to nose, add in hints of clove. A touch more sweet up front going to bittersweet. Slightly soft carbonation and medium body. Good but not great.

Draught @ First Draft, Chicago IL (Sept 2025). Extremely hazy dark yellow-orange with a small frothy off-white head, faint orangey aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter orrangey taste with faint alcohol undertones, thin body, long finish. Very smooth and easy to drink.
