Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.
Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.
Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: golden yellow to semi-orange/copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: citrusy, piney and floral hoppiness; some clean malts
Flavor: moderately blends the prior noted aromas bittersweetly; subtle aftertaste of the malts and piney hops
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; some smoothness but also some hop clingy-ness on the tongue; finishes citrusy hoppy and malty
Overall: nice enough TIPA that I could return to.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: murky orange to ruddy amber color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off at a nice pace to leave some light messy lace
Aroma: deep piney hops throttling down some citrusy hop aspects; clean malts back up the balance of it all
Flavor: nice enough blend of the prior aromas: mild aftertaste of the citrusy and piney hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; moves fairly nice and quaint along my tongue - light stickiness but not really bothering; finishes briskly with the citrus and pine
Overall: nice enough AIPA worthy of coming back to.

Overall: good enough porter I'd be willing to come back to.

16 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold color. Large, rocky white head. Great lacing. Mild aromas of citrus and pine. Flavor is bittersweet citrus upfront. Notes of grapefruit and lime. A bit of resiny pine on backend. Getting some West coast IPA vibes here.

Baromas are dark malt, roast with hints of licorice and molasses. Flavors are similar to nose and on the sweet side. Okay body was slightly soft carbonation. Not bad.

Pours a big foamy head, over an opaque yellow beer. Strong nose of American Pale Hops. Some lemon, bong water, and pine resin. First taste is slightly sticky and sharply hoppy. Despite its strong hop punch, it's kind of easy drinking. But then the sharpness keeps hitting with each sip.One of those movie slaps where the slapee says "Thanks, I needed that."

Can shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus and grass with a bit of earthy melon underlying. Flavor has dank citrus with growing grass and a bit of light grain in the finish.

2$ can at vintage estates. Nice pale gold virtually clear with a good white foamy head that stays for quite a while. A little more personality in the nose compared to most pale lagers. First tells me this is not pale lager, its something different, too much character in this baby. This has got be something like pils, premium or even india style lager. Yes, in the middle I'm starting to think this is a cross between an india pale lager and a pilsner. Fer sher, not kidding. Also, the listed ABV seems a little low for the beef in this one, comes across more like a 6%+. Decent co2 thru-out. I bet pils and IPA fans are gonna liek this pale lager, hehehh. Medium long bitter finish that reminds me of some of those poorly made domestic pilsners. Me? Mr. macro pale lager lover? I thinks this stuff needs a few more manners.

Sampled from bottle at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". Opaque pitch black color, small brown colored head. Aroma and flavor are malts, medium roasty, sweetish, boozy, slight coffee. Solid.
