Hawthorn Brewing Co. beers are brewed using as many local ingredients as possible. Yes, sometimes we do have to source from interstate (our southern cousins do have some pretty fine hops), but the quality is always there.
Like beer, we love and accept everyone. Beer does not care about your religion, race, gender or sexual orientation. Everyone (of legal drinking age) can enjoy our beer if they want and we hope that they do.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is grains, some slight sweetness as well as some bready and herbal notes. Flavour is grains, bready and some slight lemongrassy and herbal tones. Not your typical Pils, but also not unclean in any way.

Bottled. Ambery brown colour, with a big foamy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is berries, some fruitiness, mild wine gums as well as some slight caramel and toast. Flavour is caramel, some toffee, mild toasted tones, some berries as well as fruits with a nice floral bitterness to it.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a white head. Aroma is floral, some crisp malts, mild grass and citrus. Flavour is zesty, some wooden bitterness along with mild bready malts. Mild bitterness to it.

Bottled@PBF XII. Goldeny orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, caramelly and some slight tropical fruits. Flavour is caramel, fruity, some nectar, floral and mild tropical fruits too.

Tulip on tap at Beer Deluxe, Barangaroo. Hazy amber beer with a thin white head, high fine carbonation. Fresh tropical fruit nose. First mouthful is nice and crisp with some herbal earthy dank flavours and hoppy bitterness. Still very approachable, there's a lingering bitter lemon finish. Very nice to drink in the sunshine.

Alez dziwadlo na 102. Mi to nie podeszlo, Piana srednia, malo trwala, mocno metne, Barwa i odcien ciemna czerwien i ciemny bursztyn. Zapach jakby miodu eukaliptusowego czy cos w tym stylu, jakies dziwne kwiaty, lawenda, maciejka, W smaku jakies misie haribo, guma balonowa, tabletki czy pastylki na kaszel z propolisem, nieco apteczne i karmelowe. Na etykiecie napisane ze to klasyczny brytyjski Ale, to chyba jakas kpina czy zart, kompletnie przeslodowane, az 6 rodzajow slodow, chmielu sie nie uraczy, no chyba ze sie przysni, piwo dla kobiet. Ochydne, nie polecam

Yellowish small to medium but dense head over faintly veiled foxy-copper beer. Wey-ish, cheesy hops, oxydated hops. Not fresh-smelling (no BBdate to be found). Bitter, slightly cheesy, and quite present seawater, mineral flavour, seafruit. Hops immediately in front; faintly fruity-neutral afterwards. Sparkling carbonation, light body, bit slick, refreshing. In the end, quite nice; pity about the nose. Txs to Stef!
