Slightly unclear medium golden colour, good frothy white head, half-way lasting. Aroma pale malts, passion fruit, pear, herbal notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, fruity, grainy. Mild bittersweet aftertaste, grainy, fruity notes, medium body, oily texture; mild, well-balanced, nice.

"Knallhütter Pilsener", Flasche (50 cl) von der Getränkequelle, Fritzlar, 2.8.2018. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase recht derbe, leicht chlorige Hopfenherbe mit wenig aromatischer Zitronenschale. - Antrunk schlank mit plastikartig künstlicher, teigiger Malzsüße und nur milder, stumpf zitroniger Hopfenherbe mit chemischen Fehlaromen. Schlank, weich im Mund. Im Abgang etwas mehr pilstypische Bittere, aber auch Plastik, Scheuerpulver und deplazierte Malzsüße. Ranzig bitterer Nachtrunk. - Billig und lieblos gehopftes Pilsener - haben die Knallhütter keine Ahnung oder bloß keine Lust, gutes Bier zu brauen?
Neuverkostung (zum letzten Mal, bevor die Knallhütter Biere als Lohnbiere nach Brakel wandern), jetzt als "Knallhütter", Flasche von Ratio, Baunatal, 16.11.2025. - Ein wenig besser als oben beschrieben aber immer noch lieblos; bestenfalls Industrie-Durchschnitt.

330ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Citrusy fruity aroma, notes of lemon juice, lemonade. Taste is sweet-ish sugary and sour-ish fruity, hints of lemon, lemon juice, citric acid; soft to flat carbonation. Not as refreshing as one should expect, not as natural as other Radlers in the "naturtrüb" segment.

Bottle. Pale colour, dirty and cloudy, frothy head with nice lacing. Aroma is intensive herbs, quite aggressive, some malt. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Too weird.

Bottle. Clear yellow/gold with a white frothy head that disappears in a minute. Mild aroma of grains and grass with a tiny fruity note. Taste is grains and grass again plus a lot of minerals with a surprisingly nice fruity touch (citrus fruits and apricots). Only a faint hint of hops and no bitterness to speak of. Medium carbonation. It's ok and süffig but I wouldn't buy it on my own. Shoutout to my father-in-law.

Bottle from Peggy for Christmas, Pours yellowish from the bottle. White frothy head that soon fades. Very mild aroma of grains, plum and light skunk greets the nose. Taste has fruity note to it, a sort of mild unripe plum sourness, and then finishes with spice and a mild papery bitterness. Body is medium, carbonation is moderate. It’s okayish and it did grow on me after a wobbly start, but overall not worth drinking another.

Bottle in trade with Boris. Pours hazy pale gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of hop, citrus, sweet berries, caramel and grass. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Bittersweet fruity finish. Not bad.
