Sweet, some jammy citrus fruits, faintly dusty pine needles, pale bread. So so.

Can. Thanks to Fergus. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Hops bring soft pine, a little black pepper hop spice. Candy fruits, a little semi ripe citrus, mellow tropical fruits. Airy semi dry spicy finish. A little off the beaten track.

Can split at the CBJ tasting Bermondsey, thanks to Fergus, 25/03/2026.
Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is juicy tropicana, pine resin, dank chimes.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine nibble, pineapple, melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness.
Okay DIPA but running a touch overly sweet for my liking.

Keg at CBJ. Near opaque orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Somewhat thin bodied pale malts, a reasonable sweetness. Cooling pine. Light bright citrus, orange and a little mandarin. Light and semi dry finish. Not bad.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and, had a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Vera hops! I don't know who assigns new hop names but, jesus! Anyway, the hop is much more interesting than the name. Light cooling pine, dominant candy lemon-lime, light candy tropical fruits. A mild hop spice nip reminds you this is a hop. Very interesting new hop. Would pair very well with Galaxy, Idaho 7. With Sabro, HBC630 or Dolicita, a total candy fest. Very drinkable.
