From the rio Getränkmarkt at Muri "AG". Sharing this bottle with Alex, two days ago, at Epalinges. Nothing special with this beer, a kind of lager, light and watery, a bit boring, malty, watery, some hop, ok for the summer, 02.03.22

At friday at home with our pizzas and we have tasted it. A regular lager/draft beer, light and refreshing, nothing special with notes of dry malt, a bit tart, fruity, yeasty, some perle hop, 27.03.22, at Epalinges, buying it at Muri (AG)

From Staubi Getränkshop, at Muri "AG". Opening it on thursday, at home, relax. Something a bit unexpected for an unfiltered beer. This one has generous yeasty notes, side of nuts, dry malt, rather mineral, extract of hop, 19.03.22, tasting it at Epalinges.

From Staubli Getränk shop at Muri "AG". Opening it at home on friday with our home made pizza. A rather light and smooth ipa, on the English way, dry malt, herbal, some bitterness becoming better at the final,, some resineous note, 27.03.22, drinking it at Epalinges.

From Staubi Getränk shop, at Muri. A good beer and a nice surprise from this traditional brewery. An ale high fermented, dry and mineral, a bit tart, decently bitter, citrus. At home with our tacos on the Swiss way, it was tasty. 12.05.2022, tasting it at home Epalinges.

Bottle coming from Staubi Getränk shop at Muri AG. Opening it two days ago with our home made pizzas. A classical one, of course, on the German way. A bit too weak with the aromas of dry malt, bread and toffee. This one is watery, final of classical hop. 16.09.2021

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, biscotto, luppolo, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto da caffè e cioccolato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, cracker, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottle from Meier Getränke Brugg. Hazy golden to amber, light off white head. Stone fruit and tropical nose. Medium body, dry spritzy fruit notes, fresh peachy, mango cream, passion fruit, dry finish. Nice.
