Description
We love beer and we love people! We think the global craft beer community is pretty cool, with barrels of knowledge to share. That’s why we’ve partnered with craft breweries in the UK, Germany, Belgium and Croatia to brew our first 7 beers as Ad Astra.
We started Ad Astra with the goal of creating really exciting craft beers in collaboration with other like minded breweries. Although we’re the new kids on the block, our team is made up of beer-know-it-alls, all with a love of collaborative brewing.
Take a look at our beers to get a taste of what we have in store.

330ml can from Beer 52 - Hazy gold body good solid head. Lots of Belgian yeast in play, bananas and cloves as the norm, a little sweeter with more tropical fruit notes.

Aroma of banana, Belgian yeast, caramel, and a light fruitiness. Flavour of banana, malt, notes of spice and clove, caramel, a touch of honey sweetness. Light hop bitterness. Pleasant and refreshing, but lacking the promised mango and pineapple.

Appearance is golden, quite clear, a 1-finger thick white head. Aroma is spicy malt, hops, Belgian yeast, bready malt, caramel, hints of raisin and dark fruits. Taste is malt, hop bitterness, dark fruit notes, bit of spices and clove hints, caramel, bit of honey sweetness and biscuity malts, some fruity hints on top.

Cloudy, golden with a thin white head. Aromas of fruit salad with pineapple, citrus, and mango. The light, slightly watery body gives the impression of a sessionable beer. The taste is pleasant, but not as pronounced as the aroma. The finish reveals a crisp, zesty note. Drinkable and refreshing, but disappointing.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A slightly hazy golden amber pour with a fast fading white head; aroma of citrus and yeast; smooth fruity grain taste with a touch of honey; and then some citrus to lift the finish. A solid Belgian Blonde.

330ml can via Beer52. Poured into an old Duvel glass at home on 22nd July 2025. Mini-haze to the golden body, short lived white crown. Pleasant Belgian yeast aroma and taste with some citrus traces, liked it.

330ml can. Pours a semi hazed gold, light wispy head. Aroma of banana bread, clove, citrus. Taste has a cereal malt, banana and citrus noted esters, light herbs but leads to a decent bitter punch. Medium bodied, light chewiness. Solid enough.

Fairly clear golden pour with a fluffy white head. Aromas of malt, sweet bread, some orange/citrus. Taste is malt, marmalade, some sugar, bit of a spciy kick to finish. Not bad.
